<br />CASE #2 <br /> <br />CONSIDER SALE ORDINANCE AND RESOLUTION FOR OUTLOT A, . <br />SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS PARK; COTY REAL PROPERTY HOLDINGS, LLC <br />By: William K. Goodrich, City Attorney <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />In 2003, the City of Ramsey entered into a land exchange agreement with Wendell's, <br />Inc./Lawrence Cody relating to the improvement of Azurite Street. The deed has yet to be <br />recorded and an ordinance and resolution need to be adopted to accomplish this and fulfill the <br />City's contractual obligation. <br /> <br />Enclosed for Council's consideration is the sale ordinance and resolution. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff is recommending Council introduce the sale ordinance and adopt the sale resolution <br />relating to Outlot A, Sunfish Lake Business Park. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to introduce an Ordinance authorizing the sale of certain City owned property located in <br />the City of Ramsey - Outlot A, SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS PARK, pursuant to the terms of <br />the previously executed real estate exchange agreement with Coty Real Property Holdings LLC. <br /> <br />- and - <br /> <br />Motion to adopt Resolution #07-11-XXX authorizing the sale of Outlot A, SUNFISH LAKE <br />BUSINESS PARK. <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br />City Attorney ~ k 0 <br />City Administrator <br />.. <br /> <br />Spec CC: <br /> <br />11/20/07 <br />
