ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA . <br /> <br />AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS TItE ZONING AND <br /> <br />SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, <br />MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE <br />ADMINISTRATION <br />MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />AMENDING SECTIONS 9.02 DEFINITIONs AND 9.03 <br />OF CHAPTER 9 OF T/Itl CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AM2ENDMENT <br /> <br />The following sections are hereby amended to read. as follows: <br /> <br />9.02 Definitions <br /> <br /> Intent. The following words and terms, wherever they occur in this Chapter, <br />shall be construed as herein defined. Words not defined shall be interpreted in accordance with <br />de£mitions in any standard dictionary. <br /> <br /> Abutting - Makir~.g contact with or separated only by public thoroughfare, <br />railroad, public utility right-of-way'or navigable waters. <br /> <br /> Accessory Structure - Any subordinate building located on the same lot as the <br />principal building and the use of which is incidental to that of the principal building or use of the <br />premises. <br /> <br /> Accessory Farm Building - An accessory building used to shelter farm animals <br />(excluding household pets). <br /> <br /> Accessory Use - a use naturally and normally incidental to, subordinate to, and - <br />auxiliary to the principal permitted use of the premises. <br /> <br /> Adult Uses - Adult uses include adult bookstores, adult motion picture theaters, <br />adult motion picture rental, adult mini-motion picture theaters, adult massage parlors, adult <br />steam room/bathhouse/sauna facilities, adult companionship establishments, adult <br />rap/conversation parlors, adult health/sport-clubs, adult cabarets, adult novelty businesses, adult <br />motion picture arcades, adult modeling studios, adult hotels/motels, adult body painting studios, <br />and other premises, enterprises, establishments, businesses 'or places open to some or all <br />members of the public, at or in which there is an emphasis on the presentation, display, depiction <br />or description of "specified sexual activities" or "specified anatomical areas" which are capable <br />of being seen by members of the public. <br /> <br />-115- <br /> <br /> <br />
