Mobile Home - Any structure constructed in such a manner as to permit occupancy thereof, as living quarters and so designed tlsat it is or may be mounted on wheels, and conveyed on highways or streets, drawn by other motor power. Any mobile home less than thirty (30) fe~t in overall length is defined as a "Recreational Vehicle". Mobile Home Park - Any premises which has facilities to accommodate two (2) or more occupied mobile homes. Model Home - A home which is similar to others in a development and which is open to public inspection for the purpose of selling said other homes. MoteL/M.,otor Hotel - A building or group of detached, semi-detached or attached' buildings containing guest rooms or un/ts, each of which has a separate entrance dkectly from the outside of the building or corridor, with garage or parking space conveniently located to each unit, and which is designed, used or intended to be used primarily for the accommodation of transient guests traveling by automobile. Motor Freight Terminal (Truck Terminal) - A building in which freight brought by motor truck is assembled and sorted for routing in intrastate and interstate shipment. Motor Fuel Station - A place where gasoline is stored only in underground tanks, kerosene or motor oil and lubricants or Tease, for operation of automobiles, are retailed directly to the public on premises and including m/nor accessories and services for. automobiles but not including automobile major repairs and rebuilding. Motor Vehicle, Commercial Use - Any device designed to be self-propelled that is eligible for legal operation on the public roads and highways and whose primary use is to facilitate the generation of revenue. This shall not include standard passenger automobiles, pick- up trucks and vans displaying company logos and/or advertisements. Motor Vehicle, Private Use - Any device which is designed to be self-propelled, is eligible for legal operation on the pubic roads and highways, and whose primary use is to transport persons and/or property for' personal or recreational activities. For purposes of this Chapter, private use motor vehicles shall include operable vintage/classic cars and race cars.
