ORDINANCE'#03- <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WI-IICH IS K2NOWN AS THE ZONING AND <br />SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, <br />MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.20 "ZONING DISTRICTS" OF CHAPTER <br />9 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey ordains: <br /> <br />.SECTION .1, REPEAL <br /> <br />The following sub-sections of 9.20 are hereby repealed: <br /> <br />9.20.24 <br />9.20.25 <br />9.20.26 <br /> <br />Business Warehouse <br />I-Industrial District <br />R-I Rural Industrial District <br /> <br />SECTION 2. AMENDMENT <br /> <br />The following sub-sections are hereby added to Section 9.20: <br /> <br />9.20.23 <br /> <br />E-2 Employment D. istrict <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1. Intent. The purpose of the E-2 Employment District is to <br />provide for the mix of typically large volumes or bulk commercial goods and services, <br />wholesale/warehouse activities and limited retail activities. <br /> <br /> Subd. 2. Permitted Uses (Subject to general requirements and performance <br />standards as specified by this Chapter.) <br /> <br />Adult Uses Principal and Accessory. <br /> <br />Building mater/als sales stores. <br /> <br />Governmental and public utility buildings and structures. <br /> <br />Indoor commercial recreation. <br /> <br />Manufacturing. <br /> <br />Office buildings and uses. <br /> <br />-170- <br /> <br /> <br />
