Planting Types. <br /> <br />Acceptable plantings shall be determined by the City of Ramsey <br />planting schedule. <br /> <br />ii. <br /> <br /> The compliment of trees fulfilling the landscaping requirements <br />shall benot less than 25 percent deciduous and lot less than 25 percent <br />coniferous. No more than 25% of the required plantings shall consist <br />of ornamental trees. <br /> <br />iii. <br /> <br /> One Overstory tree shall be planted every 35 feet in the boulevard <br />along every street frontage. The number of overstory trees needed for <br />bouievard plantings may be deducted from the overstory tree <br />requirement in (ii) above. <br /> <br />Grading. <br /> <br />1. All parking lots are required to provide internal <br />overstory tree plantings in an effort to shade park2ng surfaces and provide <br />visual relief.
