A <br />listing, by parcel identification number, of the parcels to be zoned E-1 Employment and E-2 <br />Employment is attached to this Ordinance as Exd-fibit A. <br /> <br />SECTION 4. SUMMARY <br /> <br />The following official summary of Ordinance #03-__ has been approved by the City Council of <br />the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. <br /> <br />It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #03-___ to amend Ramsey City Code Chapter 9 (Zorfing <br />and Subdivision of Land) to repeal the existing industrial zoning districts (9.20.24 Business <br />Warehouse, 9.20.25 Industrial, and 9.20.26 Rural Industrial) and replace them with the following <br />zoning districts (9.20.23 E-2 Erhployment and 9.20.24 E-2 Employment). The ordinance <br />establishes performance standards for areas identified in the 2001 Comprehensive Plan as places <br />to work. <br /> <br />SECTION 5.
