8.60.11 <br /> <br />Notice of Agents, Oper:i'tors, Managers, and Officers. <br /> <br /> Subd. 1. Common Interest Facilities. The association of any common <br />interest facility shall notify, the City in writing of the name, address, and telephone number of the <br />association president, or other authorized contact individual, and shall re-notify the City in <br />writing of any change in the identity, address, or telephone number of that individual. <br /> <br /> Subd. 2. Rental Facilities. 'The oWner of any rental facility, including <br />single occupancy facility, shall r~otify the City in writing..of any change in the identity, address, <br />or telephone number of that individual. <br /> <br />8.60.12 <br /> <br />Existing Structures and Units. <br /> <br /> Subd. 1. Any structure or unit existing pr/or to the adoption of this Chapter <br />shall be deemed conforming if it was in conformance with all applicable laws and ordinances <br />when it was constructed or last reconstructed, remodeled, repaired, or altered. <br /> <br />8.60.13 SeverabiliW. <br /> <br /> Subd. 1. Should any portion of this Section be found to be violation of any <br />provisions of the Constitution of the State of Minnesota or the United States of America, such a <br />finding will affect only such portion and the remainder of this Section shall continue in full force <br />and effect. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. SUMMARY <br /> <br />The following official summary o:f Ordinance #03-__ has been approved by the City Council of <br />the City of tLamsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. <br /> <br />It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #03-__ to amend Ramsey City Code Chapter 8 (Building <br />and Housing) to establish basic minimum standards for the maintenance of housing with_in the <br />City of Ramsey, including owner-occupied and rental housing. Such basic standards include <br />general safety, plumbing, electrical, and exterior maintenance. The ordnance includes provisions <br />for enforcement, violation, and appeal. <br /> <br />SECTION 4.
