ORDINA2'qCE #03- <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />A2qOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN DEDICATED DRAINAGE AND UTILITY <br />EASElVlENTS IN THE CITY OF/:LiJVISEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City <br />of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> <br />The following described dedicated drainage and utility easemem is hereby vacated, to-wit: <br /> <br />The southerly 5.00 feet of the Westerly 200.00 feet of Lot 1, Block 1, Pdverview <br />Bowl, Anoka County, Minnesota, except the westerly 10.00 feet thereof and the <br />easterly 5.00 feet thereof. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
