No part of an accessory building shall extend into a drainage and <br />utility easement or any required setback, except that accessory buildings may be placed within <br />five (5) feet of a rear property line when no drainage easement is present. <br /> <br /> Subd.-7-6_. Any accessory building proposed to be within five (5) feet, <br />overhang to overhang, of the principal building shall either be made structurally a part of <br />the principal building or the wall and soffit area of the accessory building that is within <br />five (5) feet of the principal building shall be constructed to a one (1)-hour fire rating. <br /> <br /> Subd.-87. This provision shall not <br />apply to attached garages that maintain compliance with the applicable front yard setback <br />requirement. <br /> <br /> Subd.--g8_.
