The following maps of the entire work site and including all areas <br />within 350 feet of the work site. All maps shall be drawn at a scale <br /> <br />of 1 inch to 100 feet unless otherwise stated below: <br />1. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />Map 1 - Existing work site conditions to include: <br /> <br />(a) contour map (2 foot intervals); <br /> <br />(b) existing vegetation; <br /> <br />(c) existing drainage and permanent water areas; <br /> <br />(d) existing structures; and <br /> <br />(e) existing Wells. <br /> <br />(f) water table elevations. <br /> <br />Map 2 - Proposed operations to include: <br /> <br />(a) location of work sites to be graded, mined or filled <br /> showing elevations of each stage of proposed operations; <br /> <br /> location of storage of mined materials, showing <br /> ~rnaximum height of storage deposits; <br /> <br /> location of vehicle parking, and access roads; <br /> <br /> location and description of erosion and sediment control <br /> structures; <br /> <br />(e) location of any proposed dewatedng operations. <br /> <br />Map 3 - End Use Plan to include: <br /> <br />(a) final grade of proposed work site showing elevations and <br /> contour lines at two foot intervals; <br /> <br />(b) location and species of vegetation to be planted; <br /> <br />(c) phasing plan; and <br /> <br />(d) storm water drainage plan. <br /> <br /> <br />
