PLAN~ ING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a special meeting on Wednesday, June 25, 2003, <br />at the Ramsey Fire Station #2, 15050 Armstrong Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Chairperson Michael Nixt <br />Commissioner Robert commissioner Johnson <br />Commissioner Mike Reeves <br />Commissioner Deborah Shepherd <br />Commissioner Gary Van Scoy <br />Commissioner Eric Watson <br /> <br />Commissioner Ralph Brauer <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Principal Planner Patrick Trudgeon <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt called the regular meeting to order at 7:02 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Irene Hillesland 7411 152nd Avenue, indicated she lives two blocks from the new townhouse <br />development being proposed. <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt indicated she is referring to Case #1, and asked that she reserve her comments <br />until the public hearing for that case is opened. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Chairperson Nixt, seconded by Commissioner Reeves, to approve the agenda as <br />presented. <br /> <br />Motion Carded. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Commissioners Reeves, Johnson, Shepherd, <br />Van Scoy, and Watson. Voting No: None.
