iV. <br /> <br />dd. <br /> <br />Provisions to carry runoff to the nearest <br />adequate outlet; <br /> <br />Location of any proposed Ponding areas, <br />indicating the size and depth of the pond and <br />amount of acre feet of water to be stored; <br /> <br />f. Finish floor elevations of all buildings; <br /> <br />gg. <br /> <br />Identify ~0ils by type and location, including <br />identification of the water table, and <br />suitability of soil for the proposed <br />development; and <br /> <br />Identify any areas located in a flood hazard <br />zone as identified by the Department of <br />Natural Resources. <br /> <br />Floor Plans and Elevations. All floor plans and <br />elevations shall be drawn to a Iegible scale and shall <br />include the following information: <br /> <br />Floor plans indicating square footage and <br />dimensions of all proposed rooms; and <br /> <br />bb. <br /> <br />Elevations of the proposed building(s), <br />identifying exterior treatment, material(s), <br />and paJm color. <br /> <br />.i. <br /> <br />Final Plat. If a Subdivision is required, the £mal <br />plat shall be prepared in accordance with the <br />Ramsey City Code.
