WHEREAS, on June 24, 2003, ,the City Council approved the preliminary plat of Alpine <br />Acres contingent upon compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated May l 6, 2003, revised <br />June 6, 2003, revised June 20, 2003 <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Alpine Acres Lodges in <br /> accordance with relevant City Codes and Staff RevieTM Letter dated July 3, 2003, Revised <br /> July 18, 2003. <br /> <br />2) That the Developer shall enter into a Development Agreement with the City for the <br /> development of the Subject Property. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duty seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against {he same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Rarnsey City Council <br />this the 22nd day of July, 2003. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-07- <br />Page 3 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
