's Alpine Acres plan amendment on July 1, 2003. The <br />amendment proposes a land use change ibr 1.36 acres located north of Alpine Drive between Sunfish <br />Lake Blvd.:to the west and.Nowthen Blvd. to the. east. The land use des/g-nation will.change fi'om low- <br />density residential to medium density residential to acconmaodate 4 townhome units. <br /> <br />At its May 24, 2000 regular me~ting, the govermng body of the Council identified certain types of local <br />comprehensive plan amendments that may be reviewed by Council staff without further formal re,hew, by <br />the governing body of the Council. Council staff applied We plan review waiver criteria established by <br />the Council's governing body and finds that the amendment is in con~brmance with metropolitan system <br />plans, consistent with the Regional BI,reprint, and has no impact on the plmas of other units of'local <br />government. Therefore, the Council will waive further review and the City may place this amendment <br />into effect. <br /> <br />The amendment, explanator,./materials supplied and the information subn:nssion form will be appended to <br />the City's Plan in the Council's files.
