The purpose of this case is to recommend City Council initiate the 2003 Capital Improvement <br />Project by the preparation of plans and sl~ecifications for Elmcrest's parking lots and connection <br />to Uranium Street. This engineering related cost is expected to be up to $60,000 by the time bid <br />documents are formulated and contractor bids are received. A consulting engineering firm would <br />perform most of the work.
