Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-07-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION-APPROVING lsT PARTIAL PAYMENT TO HYDROCON, INC. FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #03-21 (SUNWOOD DRIVE LIFT STATION) <br /> <br /> Vv'I-IEREAS, on March 25th, 2003, City Council adopted Resolution #03-03-'078 <br />approving the plans and specifications for the above referenced work; and .. <br /> <br /> WqSIEREAS, City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the-completed work and <br />recommended partial payment to Hydrocon, Inc. in the amount of $46,583.25. <br /> <br />NOW TIIE~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANoKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the City Council hereby authorizes 1~t partial payment to Hydrocon, Inc. for <br /> Improvement Project #03-21, Sunwood Drive Lift Station project in the mount of <br /> $46,583.25 on July 22, 2003. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That the City Council authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form <br />for this payment. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving isayment of <br />bills for the month of July 2003. <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />That the City of Ramsey-Finance Department will be provided a signed copy of this <br />resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the. adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 22nd day of July 2003. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-07-XXX <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br /> <br />-85- <br /> <br /> <br />
