Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the ,following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> % <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # 03-07-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN INTERAGENCY AGREEMENT <br />WITH THE METROPOLITAN COUNCIL FOR PARTICIPATION OF THE TH10 ATERNATIVE <br />URBAN AREAWIDE REVIEW <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has author/zed Staff to begin the process of the AuAR by hiring the <br />Tinklenberg Group for a cost of $'45,00.0; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Anoka County has agreed to participate in the cost of the AUAR and has authorized $20,000 to <br />be released for the study to be completed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has requested that the Metropolitan Cotmcil participae by author/zing the release of <br />$5,000 to be released for the study to be completed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Staff has received the attached interagency agreement to confirm the Metropolitan Council's <br />participation. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFO'RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL' OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor to execute the attached "Interagency <br />Agreement between the Metropo!itan Council and the City of Ramsey" to confirm the participation <br />of the Metropolitan Council toward the preparation of the Alternative Urban Areawide Review of the <br />State Trunk Highway 10 corridor through the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />upon vote being taken thereon, <br /> <br />., and <br /> <br />The following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />And the following voted against: <br /> <br />And the following abstained: <br /> <br />And the following were absent: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-04-084 <br />Page 2 Of 2 <br /> <br />93 <br /> <br /> <br />
