Discussion followed regarding the appropriate uses of TIF dollars, the availability of <br />various types of funding and the timeline to access funding. <br /> <br />Mike Mulrooney of Advance Resources for Development, Inc., commented that property owners <br />needed to be engaged. He felt that property owners with vision were willing to do the things <br />necessary to make their tenants successful. <br /> <br />Associate Planner Wald stated the completed study would be presented at the July EDA meeting <br />and local business and land owners would be invited.
