This lot is still non-buildable as the City <br />of Ramsey continues to hold the entire lot under the storm drainage easement of 12/7/77, <br />recorded 11/3/78. <br /> <br />Charles Christian, (PIN 19-32-25-23-0014) is contesting his market value and asked to <br />keep his. option open for the County Board of Equalization. <br /> <br />Tom Kurak, (PIN 26-32-25-22-0014) is contesting his market value. <br /> <br />David Jarvis (PIN 01-32-25-22-0014) is contesting his market value. <br /> <br />Wally Grimms representing ParaBody (PIN 35-32-25-31-0011 and 27-32-25-44-0016) <br />sent a letter of protest regarding the market value and asked to protect the appeal rights of <br />ParaBody. <br /> <br />Mr. Thurston and Mr. Donnelly will check into these market value figures. <br /> <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL INPUT <br /> <br />Consensus of the Council was to reconvene the Board of Review meeting at 6:30 p.m. on <br />Tuesday, April 13, 1993. <br /> <br />ADJOURN <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hardin and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to recess the <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carded.
