Members Present: Councilmember Sheila Beyer Councflmember Glen Hardin Councilmember Kenneth Peterson Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman Members Absent: Mayor James Gilbertson Also Present: City Administrator Ryan S chroeder Anoka County Assessor Ed Thurston Anoka County Assessor Mark Donnelly CALL TO ORDER Councilmember Peterson reconvened the Board of Review meeting at 6:35 p.m. BOARD OF REVIEW BUSINESS Following are the Assessor's recommendations: 1) 26-32-25-11-0005: Arian Enfield Reduce estimated market value from $74,600 to $69,100. (Reduce land $5,700, increase structures $200) 2) 20-32-25-42-0026: Mariann Johnson Reduce estimated market value from $80,500 to $79,400. (Reduce structure $1,100) 3) 34-32-25-11-0016: Douglas Hanson Reduce estimated market value from $193,700 to $161,500. (Reduce structure $32,200) 4) 26-32-25-23-0005: Ben Deemer Homestead abatement in process, no action required, 5) 35-32-25-21-0001: Leonard Spohn No reduction. Affu'm estimated market value of $204,500 6) Alpaca Estates: Remaining vacant B-3 zoned lots. No reduction. 7) 24-32-25-44-0011: Jack Miller Reduce estimated market value from $27,000 to $6,000.
