R35 32 25 31 0011 <br /> R27 32 25 44 0016 <br /> <br />Dear Members of the Board: <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I/ <br />I <br /> I <br /> ! <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />Strategis, as tax representatives (see attached authorization) for <br />referenced parcels, is in the process of reviewing the current <br />market valuations for both properties. We have just recently <br />contracted with Parabody, Inc. to review the Assessors valuations <br />and have not yet physically inspected the facilities. Thus, we <br />have been unable to make a sound judgement on the Assessors values. <br /> <br />We are writing this letter to protect the appeal rights of <br />Parabody, Inc. It is our understanding that if the Board of Review <br />accepts this letter as protection, we can then proceed with our <br />review and discuss our findings with Ed Thurston, County Appraiser. <br /> <br />At this point and time, we are not forewarning the Board of Review <br />that either one or both properties will be appealed, but are merely <br />protecting the taxpayers appeal rights for further review. <br /> <br />Thank you for your cooperation and assistance in this matter. <br />Please call if there are any questions concerning the above. <br /> <br />Respectfully, <br /> <br />Waiter W.
