I <br /> <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, April 13, 1993 at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor James Gilbertson <br />Couneilmember Sheila Beyer <br />Couneilmember Glen Hardin <br />Councilmember Kenneth Peterson <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Adminiswator Ryan Schroeder <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />City Engineer Steven Jankowski <br />Anoka Union Reporter Klm Knutson <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gilber~son called the regular City Council meeting to order at 7:07 p.m. and led in <br />the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />lO <br /> <br />Don Greenberg, owner of six acres in Gateway Industrial Park, asked that the zoning in <br />that area be changed from Business Warehouse back to Industrial. <br /> <br />Beth Mitchell, representing the Tree Board, summarized the Environmental Exposition and <br />Tree Sale plans. <br /> <br />Michael Max, representing the Tree Board, reported that students at the Ramsey Elementary <br />School will receive plantings and also there will be an essay contest for three different age <br />groups at the school. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion bY Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Couneilmember Zimmerman to <br />approve the agenda as presented. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbcrtson, Councilmembers Peterson, Zimmerman, <br />Beyer and Hardin. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Hardin to approve <br />the following items on the Consent Agenda: <br /> <br />1) <br />2) <br />3) <br />4) <br /> <br />BR~lOrt of Pooled Cash Flows Period Ended March 31, 1993 received. <br /> ding Report year-to-date received. <br />Fire Department Report for February 1993 received. <br />Public Works Department Report for March 1993 received. <br /> <br />City Council/April 13, 1993 <br /> Page 2 of 7 <br /> <br /> <br />
