Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Hardin, Zimmerman, <br />Beyer and Peterson, Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hardin and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to adopt <br />Resolution g93-05-092 adopting the 1994 Municipal Budget Calendar. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Hardin, Zimmerman, <br />Beyer and Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Council dkected Staff to prepare a resolution establishing a policy for determining how the <br />10% is calculated within a permit year with regard to charitable gambling. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hardin and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to adopt <br />Resolution 093-05-093 approving an agreement with Anoka County for acceptance and <br />encumbrance of Bonus S.C.O.R.E. funds. Up to $2,000 of the money will be used to <br />hire outside services to chip the brush at Central Park and the remainder will be used to <br />reimbm'se the City for Clean-up Day costs. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Hardin, Zimmerman, <br />Beyer and Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hardin and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to <br />authoriZe the City Administrator to enter into an agreement at a cost not-to-exceed $9,500 <br />with one of the fn'ms who submitted a bid to do the space needs study. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />10 <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hardin and seconded by Mayor Gilbertson to adopt Resolution <br />#93-05-094 authorizing the purchase of two spring riders for Woodland Green Park at a <br />not-to-exceed price of $600 with funds from the charitable gambling receipts. <br /> <br />Motion ¢ ~arried, Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Hardin, Beyer, Peterson <br />and Zimmenmn. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Gilbertson and seconded by Councilmember Hardin to adopt Resolution <br />#93-05-095 accepting the donation from the Ramsey Youth Athletic Association in the <br />amount ot~ $825 and authorize the purchase of player's benches for fields five and six in <br />Central Park. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Hardin, Beyer, Peterson <br />and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion bY- Councilmember Hardin and seconded by Mayor Gilbertson to authorize the <br />Mayor ~ City Administrator to enter into an agreement with MnDOT for acceptance of <br />grant fun~ng for the County Road #116 alternative transportation corridor. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
