CITY COUNCIL <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, June 8, 1993 at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: Mayor James Gilbertson <br /> Councilmember She[la Beyer <br /> Councilmember Glen Hardin <br /> Councilmember Kenneth Peterson <br /> Councilmember Gerald Zimmcmnan <br /> <br />Also Present: City Administrator Ryan Schroeder <br /> Finance Officer Sandra Ashley Helling <br /> City Engineer Steven 1ankowski <br /> Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Giibertson called the regular City Council meeting to order at 7:20 p.m. and led in <br />the Pledgo of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Bill Dubatz, owner of commercial property at 6740 Highway #10 N.W. expressed concern <br />about the rotes for utility billings. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i® <br /> <br />City AtWmeY Goodrich requested a closed meeting following the regular Council meeting <br />to discuss~the Guy assessment lawsuit <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Hardin to approve <br />the agenda as presented. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Peterson, Hardin, Beyer <br />and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />City Administrator Schroeder asked to remove the Auto Ranch from the list of license <br />approvals .as they had not yet completed all their paperwork. <br /> <br />Councilr~mber Zimmerman stated there was a business who tried to locate in the City of <br />Ramsey blat decided not to because the pawn license was too expensive. He suggested that <br />the Plantfing and Zoning Commission and the Economic Development Commission review <br />those ch~ges. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hardin and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to approve <br />the following items on the Consent Agenda: <br /> <br />City Council/June 8, 1993 <br /> <br />i Page 2 of 8 <br /> <br /> <br />
