Voting Yes: Mayor Gilber~n, Councilmcmbers Hardin and Zimmerman, <br />ChairpersOn Bawden and Commissioner Deemer. Voting No: None. Absent: <br />Commissioner Hendrikscn. <br /> <br />WORKSHOP BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Review of Proposed Amendments to City Code Section <br /> 9.11.02 (Accessory Uses) <br /> <br />Zoning ~nistrator Frolik stated that the items for discussion will be minimum lot size <br />for pole buildings and storage of unlicensed vehicles. Ms. Frolik included a summary of <br />the most re~ent version of the proposed amendments to the accessory uses section of the <br />City Code, The Subcommittee proceeded to review the amendments one by one. <br /> <br />1) The,definition of 'accessory building' was amended to clarify that attached garages <br /> aro e, onsidered buildings and that the primary building would <br /> accessory <br /> accessory <br /> be the attached garage or in the absence thereof, the initial detached garage <br /> con,tructed on a property.
