PUBLIC HEARING <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Rarity City Council conducted a public hearing on Tuesday, October 12, 1993, at the <br />Rams.? ~M..unicipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota, <br />regardirtgthe proposed assessment for Improvement Project g92-19 (Extension of City <br />Water ~ Sewer to a Point of Origin 400 feet east of the eastern section line of Section 23 <br />along 149th Lane N.W. to its cul-de-sac terminus). <br /> <br />Membcrs r Present: <br /> <br />Mayor James Gilbertson <br />Couneilmember Sheila Beyer <br />Councilmember Glen Hardin <br />Councilmember Kenneth Peterson <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Also PreSent: <br /> <br />City Administrator Ryan Schroeder <br />Finance Officer Jessie Hart <br />City Engineer Steven Jankowski <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gflbertson called the public heating to order at 7:29 p.m. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski stated that the total cost of the project is $106,796. He stated the <br />amount'shown in the feasibility study, $6,054, is now $6,228 because of a street that was <br />added to. the project and the extra piping because of Ramsey Commons. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Hardin to close the <br />public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Hardin, Beyer, Peterson <br />and Zimmerman.
