Now there is a case on the Highway #10 Beautification Program and he
was wondbring if anyone had even looked at the area he had expressed concern about. He
understood.that maybe nothing could be done about it this time of year but he hoped
Council would see to it that something is done in the spring. He also requested an update
on the 153rd Avenue N.W. project and asked if the citizens could have input when Council
got to Case g3 regarding the compost facility.

Mayor Gilbertson stated that the citizens present would have a chance to talk during the
compost facility case.

City Admirdstrator Schroeder addressed Mr. Hagenah's other concerns. With regard to the
junk behind'Brooks, the Code Enforcement Officer is presently working with Adolphson-
Peterson to get it cleaned up. With regard to 153rd, a firm has been hired to do the survey
work; however, they have not been authorized to proceed yet. He suspected they would do
the field work in the spring and the non-field work sooner.

A1 Pearson, 14821 Bowers Drive N.W., Ramsey, expressed anger about the snowmobiles
and the three and four-wheelers driving on his property. He stated his crops are being
ruined and that he does not want to have to put up with that. He suggested if the riders
would just ask him for permission, he would have some place where they could ride.

City Council/December 14, 1993
