He is t~ropOsing to subdivide his property to create a buildable lot for his daughter. She <br />explmned M~. LOtendre s property is approximately 17 acres in size and is located in the Rural <br />Developing ~rea iof the R-1 Residential District. The minimum lot size is 2.5 acres and the <br />minimum lot wid,~th is 200 feet. He has a total of 289 feet of frontage on Tiger Street; 400 feet of <br />frontage woU.d by required for each lot to meet the 200-foot requirement, without constructing a <br />public road i~,lto {he property.
