City Code <br />restricts cul-~ie-~c lengths to 600 feet. She advised the proposed plat of Tiger Meadows is <br />proposing t° 'co4truct a temporary cul-de-sac approximately 967 feet in length. She explained <br />City Code requiies new subdivisions to make provisions for the continuation of existing and <br />future street.~ to~ adjoining propemes. The City policy is to obtain a second access to a <br />subdivision ~her~ever possible. She noted the preliminary plat of Tiger Meadows will have one <br />access on T[geri Street. The developer is also proposing to extend Rabbit Street to the <br />southeastern ~oug,~dary line of the plat in order to facilitate a future connection to Nutria Street. <br />She explaine~l th~t providing the opportunity for Rabbit Street to cOnnect with Nutria Street will <br />also provide fl~e Opportunity for a second access to the subdivision in the future.
