CASE #2 <br /> <br />AESTHETIC 'IMPROVEMENT MEETING FOR RAMSEY INDUSTRIAL PARK <br /> By: James Gromberg, Project Manager <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />We have sch&tul~l a meeting between Mediation Services of Anoka County and the property <br />owners in Ra~se~'s Industrial Park area. This meeting will be held on December 29, 1992 at 7:00 <br />p.m. at Ramsay ~unicipal Center. A letter has been sent to all the property and business owners <br />located in tlfe[arett generally bordered by Sunfish Lake Boulevard N.W., Industry Avenue N.W. <br />and Ramsey l~ou,levard N.W. These letters include a brochure from Mediation Services giving a <br />brief description fof what Mediation Services is about. Mediation Services has requested that <br />members of the l~conomic Development Commission attend this meeting. As some of you are <br />business and/Or p~operty owners in this area, your input is even more important for this meeting so <br />that a workab[e sdlution to some of the problems in this area are developed. <br /> <br />RecommendatiOn: <br /> <br />City Staff recommends that all Economic Development Commission members make an effort to <br />attend the D~ember 29, 1992 meeting with property and/or business owners from the Industrial <br />Park area regardin, g aesthetic improvements. <br /> <br />Commission ACtion: <br /> <br />No action requira, d.
