'" <br /> <br />DISCUSSION <br /> <br />The City Council adopted an ordinance on December 5, 2000 that requires all drlvewa <br />paved by June 30, 2004. The City has offered to help' residents comply with the ordin <br />hiring a City contractor to do the paving: work and aasessmg the costs to the property over <br />period. City staff sent lettexs to affected residents last year and held an"infonnational mf <br />the City Center on June 25, 2002.
