<br />Councilmember Olson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #07-10-281 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PAY NO 3 FINAL TO SUNDBLAD CONSTRUCTION <br />FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #06-31 143RD LANE / SUNFISH LAKE BOULEVARD <br />STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on September 11, 2006, City Council approved plans and specifications for IP 06- <br />31 and authorize the solicitation of bids for this project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the Improvement Project #06-31, bids <br />were received, opened and tabulated according to law; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Public Warks Director/Principal Engineer Brian Olson has inspected the completed <br />work and recommends partial pay No 1 to Sundblad Construction in the amount of$58,333.80. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Public WorksDirector/Principal Engineer Brian Olson has inspected the completed <br />work and recommends partial pay No 2 to Sundblad Construction in the amount of $5,586.00. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Public Works Director/Principal Engineer Brian Olson has inspected the completed <br />work and recommends partial pay No 3 Final to Sundblad Construction in the amount of <br />$5,964.20. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Sundblad Contraction for <br />Improvement Project #06-31 in the amount of $5,964.20. <br /> <br />2) That the City Council hereby accepts the project and authorizes the Mayor or City <br />Administrator to sign the release form for this payment. <br /> <br />3) That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of <br />bills for the date of October 23, 2007. <br /> <br />4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department will be provided a signed copy of this <br />resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Look, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Olson <br />Councilmember Look <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #07-10-281 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
