<br />Counci1member Olson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 07-10-287 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TO ENTER INTO AGREEMENT NO. 91083, A JOINT POWERS <br />AGREEMENT WITH THE MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND. <br />ANOKA COUNTY FOR TH 10 PRELIMINARY DESIGN IN ANOKA COUNTY. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey, City of Anoka, MnDOT, Anoka County acknowledge the need <br />for designing improvements of the interchanges at Sunfish Lake Boulevard and Ramsey <br />Boulevard and Trunk Highway 10 . <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) . That the City of Ramsey City Council enter into a Joint Powers Agreement with the <br />Minnesota Department of Transportation and Anoka County for this purpose; and, <br /> <br />2) That the Mayor and the City Administrator are authorized to execute such agreement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Counci1member <br />Look and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Counci1member Olson <br />Counci1member Look <br />Counci1member Dehen <br />Counci1member E1vig <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />none <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />none <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Counci1member Jeffrey <br />Counci1member Strommen <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #07-10-287 <br />Page 1 of2 <br />
