ORDINANCE NO. 07- CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT FOR UTILITY PURPOSES IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION 1. AUTHORITY This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851 SECTION 2. VACATION The following described portion of dedicated drainage and utility easement is hereby vacated, to- wit: That part of the existing drainage and utility easement located on Lot 1, Block 1, THE PONDS OF RAMSEY, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota, as dedicated in said plat, described as follows: Commencing at the most westerly corner of said Lot 1; thence North 42 degrees 56 minutes 17 seconds East, assumed bearing, along the northwesterly line of said Lot 1, a distance of 38.08 feet; thence South 52 degrees 16 minutes 42 seconds East, a distance of 84.99 feet to the point of beginning of the tract of land to be described; thence continue South 52 degrees 16 minutes 42 seconds East, along the southwesterly line of said drainage and utility easement, a distance of 19.86 feet to the most southerly corner thereof, thence North 56 degrees 10 minutes 28 seconds East, along the southeasterly line of said drainage and utility easement, a distance. of 26.98 feet to an angle point in said southeasterly line; thence North 08 degrees 17 minutes 28 seconds East, along said southeasterly line, a distance of 36.89 feet to an angle point in said southeasterly line; thence North 29 degrees 09 minutes 57 seconds East, along said southeasterly line, a distance of 245.63 feet to the most easterly corner of said drainage and utility easement; thence North 47 degrees 03 minutes 43 seconds West, along the northeasterly line thereof, a distance of 19.02 feet; thence South 29 degrees 09 minutes 55 seconds West, a distance of 256.94 feet, thence South 37 degrees 03 minutes 20 seconds West, a distance of 36.23 feet; thence South 09 degrees 08 minutes 37 seconds West, a distance of 13.71 feet to the point of beginning. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effective thirty (30) days after, its publication subject to the City Charter Section 5.07. -97—
