Project Description <br />Diamonds Sports Bar & Grill a property located at 7550 Highway 10. It's legal <br />description: Lotl, Block 1, The Diamonds, Anoka County Minnesota. It faces the new <br />Town Square located in downtown Ramsey. Directly adjacent to the proposed <br />development is the Mississippi West Regional Park which is located within the federally <br />designated corridor of the Mississippi Critical Area Program. Bordering the park is the <br />Misssissippi River, residential developments and proposed residential developments. The <br />proposed project is located on the existing property with passive recreational uses such as <br />softball and volleyball. The new project proposes outdoor uses to include motocross <br />racing, demolition derby, rodeo and wakeboarding events. Most of the land is sand, , <br />gravel and asphalt. <br />—136— <br />
