7550 Sunwood Drive NW • Ramsey, Minnesota 55303 <br />City Hall: 763- 427 -1410 • Fax: 763 -427 -5543 <br />www.ci.ramsey.mn.us <br />Notice of Upcoming Meetings: Diamonds Sports Bar Request for <br />Amended Conditional Use Permit <br />To whom it may concern; <br />The City of Ramsey Planning Commission and City Council are holding a worksession <br />on October 30 2007, starting at 5:30 p.m. to discuss the request made by Gary Gruber <br />of Diamonds Sports Bar to conduct special events including motocross, snowmobile <br />racing, demolition derby, and rodeos at the property located at 7550 7Highway #10. <br />Worksessions are an opportunity for policymakers to take an in-depth analysis of an <br />issue. This meeting is open to the public, but no decisions are made at worksessions and <br />the opportunity for public input is limited. However, the public hearing will be continued <br />from last month, with a chance for public input at the Planning Commission to be held on <br />November 1, 2007, starting at 7:00 p.m. The Planning Commission will make a formal <br />recommendation to the City Council at this public hearing. <br />All meetings are held at the Ramsey Municipal Center located at 7550 Sunwood Drive in <br />Ramsey Town Center.
