PLANNING COM USSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA, COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a regular meeting on Thursday, October 4, 2007, <br />at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Members Present: Chairperson Michael Nixt <br />Commissioner Ralph Brauer <br />Commissioner Teresa Cleveland <br />Commissioner Ralph Hunt <br />Commissioner Jessica Trites Rolle <br />Commissioner Gary Van Scoy <br />Members Absent: Commissioner Gary Levine <br />Also Present: Associate Planner Breanne Dalnes <br />Associate Planner Amy Geisler <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairperson Nixt called the regular meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br />None. <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Motion by Commissioner Nixt, seconded by Commissioner Van Scoy, to approve the agenda as <br />presented. <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Commissioners Van Scoy, Brauer, Cleveland, <br />Hunt, and Trites Rolle. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Levine. <br />APPROVE PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES <br />Motion by Commissioner Trites Rolle, seconded by Commissioner Hunt, to approve the <br />following minutes as presented: <br />1) Planning Commission public hearing and regular meeting minutes dated September 6, 2007. <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Commissioners Trites Rolle, Hunt, Brauer, <br />Cleveland, and Van Scoy. Voting No: None.
