Mayor /Council/Staff Input #1 <br />DECEMBER COUNCIL MEETING SCHEDULE <br />By: Jo Thieling, City Clerk <br />Background: <br />The date for the regular second Council meeting of December falls on Christmas Day. In the <br />past, Councils have rescheduled that second meeting or canceled it altogether. Staff would like <br />to get Councilmembers thoughts on the meeting schedule for December. <br />Mayor Gamec normally comes in the last week of December to review the bills for payment. <br />Finance Officer Lund has requested that Mayor Gamec or his representative come in to City Hall <br />on December. 28 and meet with her for that purpose. <br />Council Action: <br />Motion to cancel the second Council meeting in December <br />- or - <br />Motion to reschedule the regularly scheduled Council meeting of December 25 to December <br />, 2007. <br />Reviewed by: <br />City Administrator <br />Finance Officer <br />CC: 11/27/07 <br />_255_ <br />
