Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION 907- 11 -XXX RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2008 ALLOCATION OF PARKING RAMP MAINTENANCE COSTS WHEREAS, included in the Master Development Agreement between Ramsey Town Center; LLC and the City of Ramsey was terminology regarding the upkeep and maintenance of the parking ; and WHEREAS, The Parking Improvement Use and Maintenance Agreement was formulated to incorporate these requirements; and WHEREAS, the agreement requires City Council to annually adopt a parking ramp maintenance budget by November 30 for the following year's estimated expenditures; and WHEREAS, the agreement requires City Council to annually allocate the budgeted parking ramp maintenance costs to benefiting parcels; and WHEREAS, each parcels allocated share is determined as such: 28- 32 -25 -24 -0009 $15,853.81 City of Ramsey 28- 32 -25 -24 -0013 $ 9,073.57 City of Ramsey 28- 32 -25 -24 -0008 $46,265.23 RTC 28- 32 -25 -31 -0015 $ 5,184.90 RTC 28-32-25-31-0014, $ 4,586.64 RTC 28- 32 -25 -31 -0013 $ 13,560.50 City of Ramsey 28- 32 -25 -31 -0012 $ 14,956.43 City of Ramsey 28- 32 -25 -42 -0010 $ 10.668.92 City of Ramsey Total Allocated $120,150.00 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the City. Council hereby adopts the allocation of the 2008 Parking Ramp Maintenance Budget in the amount of $120,150 to be allocated as listed above.
