<br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #07-12- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />TO RELIABLE AUTO COLLISION EXPERTS, DBA BLUE LINE COLLISION TO <br />CONDUCT INDOOR VEHICLE REPAIR IN THE E-l EMPLOYMENT DISTRICT AND <br />DECLARING TERMS OF SAME: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Reliable Auto Collision Experts, DBA Blue Line Collision, hereinafter <br />referred to as the "Permittee" has properly applied for a Conditional Use Permit to conduct <br />indoor vehicle repair on the property legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Auditor's Subdivision No. 96, Lot 11 <br /> <br />("Subject Property") <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on December 6, 2007, conducted the <br />public hearing and recommended City Council approval/denial of the request, with <br />contingencies. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. Based on Findings of Fact #_, a Conditional Use Permit ("Permit") to conduct indoor <br />vehicle repair is hereby granted to the Permittee. <br /> <br />2. This Permit only allows vehicle repairs to take place within the building located on the <br />Subject Property. <br /> <br />3. No vehicle storage or display is permitted in front of the building. <br /> <br />4. Only vehicles awaiting repair may be stored behind the building, storage of parts or <br />cannibalized vehicles is not permitted. <br /> <br />5. A new opaque, maintenance-free fence will be installed around the entire rear yard to screen <br />damaged vehicles from view on the adjacent public streets. <br /> <br />6. That this Permit shall be perpetual in duration as long as the terms are herein complied with. <br /> <br />7. That the Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this Pennit. <br /> <br />8. That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises <br />for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. <br /> <br />8 <br />
