On an <br />interim basis, make them temporary for a period of six weeks; don't differentiate between <br />commercial and non-commercial. The City will have a regulation that is no longer content <br />based, consistent with City Code and allows the Commission, Council and Staff to work together <br />to refine the ordinance. <br /> <br />Commissioner Levine stated he would like to see a suns~t put on this so they can go to a <br />worksession and work through this. <br /> <br />Motion by Chairperson Nixt, seconded by Commissioner Van Scoy, to close the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion Carried.
