Fulton County, 2007 <br />WL 3047254 (11th Cir.2007) <br /> <br />The 11 th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has jurisdiction over Ala- <br />bama, Florida and Georgia. <br /> <br />GEORGIA (10/19/07)-Starship Enterprises of Atlanta, Inc. operated <br />retail stores that sold books, magazines, apparel, gifts, and novelties, <br />some of which were sexually explicit. Starship planned to open a store <br />in Fulton County, which required businesses with more than 25 per- <br />cent sexually explicit inventory to obtain a special use permit. <br />A county code enforcement officer inspected the proposed location <br />and concluded that Starship's store was an adult bookstore that re- <br />quired a special use permit.
