<br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #07-12-_ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT #_ RELATING TO A REQUEST <br />FROM RELIABLE AUTO COLLISION EXPERTS, DBA BLUE LINE COLLISION <br />CENTER, TO ALLOW INDOOR VEHICLE REPAIR AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED <br />AT 6228 IDGHW A Y 10 NW. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Reliable Auto Collision Experts, DBA Blue Line Collision Center, <br />hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant," have properly applied for a Conditional Use Permit to <br />conduct indoor vehicle repair generally known as 6228 Highway 10 NW and legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Auditor's Subdivision No. 96, Lot 11 <br /> <br />("Subject Property") <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA that the findings of fact relating <br />to the request are determined to be as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the Applicants appeared before the Planning Commission for a public hearing pursuant <br />to Section 9.03.05 of the Ramsey City Code on December 6, 2007, and that said public <br />hearing was properly advertised and that the minutes of said public hearing are hereby <br />incorporated by reference. <br /> <br />2. That the Subject Property is zoned E-l Employment <br /> <br />3. That the Subject Property is approximately .9 acres in size. <br /> <br />4. That City Code restricts indoor vehicle repair as a principal use, and requires a conditional . <br />use pennit within the E-l District. <br /> <br />5. That the Applicant is currently conducting vehicle repair at 6260 Highway 10 NW, and <br />wishes to expand their business to include the building at 6228 Highway 10 NW.. <br /> <br />6. That the surrounding properties are a mixture of manufacturing and retail, auto-related uses. <br /> <br />7. That the proposed use wilVwill not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons <br />residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. <br /> <br />8. That the proposed use will/will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or <br />market value of any surrounding property. <br /> <br />9. That the proposed use will/will not be hazardous or disturbing to existing neighboring uses. <br /> <br />6 <br />
