ORDINANCE #07-22 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING PERMIT FEES, SERVICE CHARGES, AND VARIOUS OTHER FEES TO BE COL- LECTED BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY. The City of Ramsey ordains: SECTION 1. AUTHORITY This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the ~~~ ter of the City of Ramsey. SECTION 2. PURPOSE Per S701.1 0 (Fees) the purpose of this Ordinance is to establish the Permit Fees, service Charges, and Other Fees that will be collected by the City in year 2008. This is known as the Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges. SECTION 3. SCHEDULE The entire schedule of permit fees and service charges are hereby estab- lished for the year 2008 and can be reviewed at City Hall or online at www.ci.ramsey.mn.us under Finance Department. . SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effective 30 days after its passage and publication, subject to City Charter Section 5.04.
