' <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC- <br />TION 9.20.04 "MAP" OF CHAPTER 9 OF <br />THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY MINNE- <br />SOT A. ' <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT <br />The following legally described <br />property is hereby rezoned from B-2 <br />Business to R-l Residential: <br />Lot 3, Block 4, Riverside West <br />Anoka County, Minnesota; <br />according to the recorded plat <br />thereof and that part of Lot 1 <br />Block 1, Riverview Bowl, Anok~ <br />County, Minnesota, according to <br />the recorded plat thereof lying <br />s?utherly of the westerly exten- <br />sIon of the north line of Lot 2 <br />Block 1, said plat of Rivervie~ <br />Bowl. . <br />. (the "Subject Property") <br />SECTION 2. MAP <br />The City is hereby instructed to cause <br />this amendment to be shown on the <br />"City of Ramsey Zoning Map", which <br />map was adopted pursuant to Section <br />9.20.04 of the City Code. <br />SECTION 3.
