<br />Councilmember Elvig introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #07-11-299 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF LOT 2, BLOCK 1, SUNFISH LAKE <br />BUSINESS PARK FOURTH ADDITION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved a Tax Increment Financing Agreement (the "TIF <br />Agreement") with Diamond Team Properties, LLC, on November 13, 2007; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, subsequent to approval of the TIF Agreement is the land to be conveyed to <br />Diamond Team Properties, LLC and which property is legally described as Lot 2, Block 1, Sunfish <br />Lake Business Park Fourth Addition; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the final draft of the TIF Agreement is dated as of November 13,2007. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That Lot 2, Block 1, Sunfish Lake Business Park Fourth Addition may be sold pursuant <br />to the terms and conditions of the November 13,2007 Contract for Private Development <br />between the City and Diamond Team Properties, a limited liability company, and that <br />the City's Mayor and City Administrator are authorized to execute the necessary <br />documents to convey said title. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Strommen and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br /> <br />""........... <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Strommen <br />Councilmember Dehen <br />Councilmember Look <br />Councilmember Olson <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilmember Jeffrey <br />
