Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />Resolution #07-12-xxx <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF PAY APPLICATION NO. <br />28 FOR RAMSEY MUNICIPAL CENTER CONSTRUCTION <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council authorized contracts for the construction <br />of the new Ramsey Municipal Center on May 24"', 2005; and, <br />WHEREAS, construction cormnenced on June 8`h, 2005; and, <br />WHEREAS, 3D/I Construction Managers have reviewed-the pay applications <br />submitted by the contractors and work completed and is recoirunending payment to said <br />contractors. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />Pay Application #28 Summary: <br />CONTRACTOR: ~ CHECK AMOUNT <br />Johnson Controls $6,178.46 <br />Connexus Energy $4;736.06 <br />M.G. McGrath $22,272.05 <br />Certified Contractor Payments $33,186.57 <br />VENDOR: <br />3D/I $23.08 <br />Karges-Faulconbridge, Inc. $549.36 <br />Sub-Total Other Project Costs $572.44 . <br />TOTAL CURRENT APPLICATIONS FOR PAYMENT ..$33,759.01 <br />That the City Council of the City of Ramsey authorizes payment of pay application No. <br />28 for the Ramsey.
