Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #07-12-XXX <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2008 CITY OF RAMSEY GENERAL FUND <br />OPERATING BUDGET <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the annual budget of the City of Ramsey for .the fiscal year beginning January 1, <br />2008 is hereby adopted for the General Fund as follows: <br />GENERAL FUND <br />Revenues: <br />Property Taxes $ 7,177,338 <br />Licenses and Permits 742,310 <br />Intergovernmental Revenues 700,100 <br />Charges for Services 577,740 <br />Fines and Forfeitures 110,000 <br />Other Revenues- <br />Interest Earnings 172,444 <br />Miscellaneous .27,000 <br />Other Financing Sources 542,304 <br />Total Revenues $ 10.049.236 <br />Operating and Capital Expenditures: <br />General Government $ 2,754,456 <br />Public Safety 4,342,182 <br />Public Works 1,849,992 <br />Parks and Recreation 1,009,437 <br />.Contingency 52,335 <br />Other Financing Uses 40;834 <br />Total Operating and Capital Expenditures $10.049.236 <br />2) That the City Administrator/Clerk be directed to transmit a certified copy of this <br />resolution to the Anoka County Auditor's office on or before Thursday, December 28, <br />2007. <br />3) <br />That the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />-142- <br />
