Tuesday, October 16, 2007, at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Mimzesota. <br />Members Present: Chairperson David Elvig <br />Councilmember Jolul Dehen <br />Councilmember Mary Jo .Olson <br />Also Present: City Administrator Kurt Ulrich <br />Public Worlcs Director Brian Olson <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br />-Civil Engineer II Leonard Linton <br />Public Works Supervisor Grant Reimer <br />Utilities Supervisor John Nelson <br />Assistant City Engineer Tim Hinnner <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairperson Elvig called the regular meeting of the Public Worlcs Committee to order at 5:35 <br />p.m. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br />There was none. <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br />Chairperson Elvig stated that he would like to add Case #9, a discussion on how the Public <br />Works Committee reports back to the City Council. <br />Motion by Councilmember Olson, seconded by Councilmember Dehen, to approve the .agenda <br />with the addition of Case #9, discussion on how the Public Worlcs Committee reports to the City <br />Council. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Elvig, Councihnembers Olson, and Dehen.
