GADS <br />Prairie Development site [Tony Wehnan/Ramsey Assembly of God <br />Church and Durwood Sagvold] about developing their properties <br />and PIelium Street that would go thraugh.their property and dead <br />end at the culdesac in the GADS Prairie development both owners <br />are interested and willing to develop in the future and both <br />considered selling their property to a developer. After the meeting <br />we continued the discussion. and I asked them if Tri-Cor <br />Development could make them an offer to purchase their property <br />since they discussed interest iri selling their property at the meeting <br />and they said we could. We received appraisals of both. the <br />properties and we made our offer neither owner accepted the <br />offers. <br />With this being done the GADS Prairie Development needs the <br />temporary access to County Road 5 [Nowthen BLVD] . Thus far <br />we have worked and met all the City Council's requests with the <br />temporary culdesac at the north end of the development and the <br />
